Privacy: what we know about you, and what we don't
For an agency like ours, privacy is not an extra; it is the foundation. This page explains in plain language what information passes through our hands when you visit this website or contact us, and what we deliberately choose not to collect.

Contacting us
We talk to clients on WhatsApp first, with Telegram as the second option. Whichever you pick, the conversation lives inside that app, and the app itself handles your data, such as your phone number, profile name and message metadata, under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read the policy of the app you use. We only use what you send us to arrange your booking.
02 Privacy
No client database
We do not build a client database, mailing list or customer profile. We do not ask for your surname or identity documents, and we only need an address for the place you want to be visited. Details shared for a booking, such as a first name, a hotel and a time, are used to arrange that booking and nothing else. You are free to delete your chat with us from your own device at any moment.
03 Privacy
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not sell or share visitor information with advertisers or data brokers, and you can read every page on the site without logging in or leaving any details.
04 Privacy
Fonts served by Google
Our typography comes from Google Fonts. Each time you open a page, your browser fetches those font files from Google's own servers, so Google can receive technical information such as your IP address. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy.

Questions and requests
If you have a question about privacy, or would like us to delete a conversation on our side, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will take care of it. Should our practices ever change, this page will be updated so that it always describes how the site really works.
