Terms: the ground rules for every booking
Amsterdam was never shy about its rules, nor are we: use this site or book through us and you accept these terms, sent again in the chat before you confirm.
01 Terms
Adults aged 21 and over
This site and every booking are for adults aged 21 and over; browsing or contacting us confirms you are. Every companion is 21 or over too.
02 Terms
Companionship only
Our companions offer time and company, nothing else; every fee pays for that alone. Requests outside social companionship, or against Dutch law, are refused and may end the booking.
03 Terms
Respectful conduct
Courtesy from first message to goodbye: on time, in a fit state, respectful of her boundaries. She may leave at once if she feels unsafe or disrespected; that booking is charged as below. No photographs or recordings of her without clear agreement.
04 Terms
Confirmation and deposit
Confirmed means: we have set out in the chat the date, start time, length, companion, kind of address and total, plus any deposit, and you have said yes in writing; with a deposit, once it has arrived. From then on the booking is final and her time is yours alone; before that yes, nothing is owed. Whether, how much and how to pay is decided per booking and said in the chat, never here; the deposit is an advance on the fee, comes off the total, and the balance is paid at the start.
05 Terms
Cancellation charges, short bookings
For one to three hours, counted back from the agreed start. Cancelling is always possible, never free: part of the fee is due for the time held. Over 48 hours ahead: no charge; the deposit becomes a credit, valid 12 months for any companion here, usable once, not transferable, never paid out. None paid? We ask next time. 48 to 24 hours ahead: 50% of the fee. Under 24 hours: 100%, where a same-day booking sits from confirmation. Costs we save, such as travel not made, come off a 100% charge. The charge is all that is owed; the deposit counts towards it, is kept in full at 50% and 100%, and any excess is invoiced, payable within 14 days.
Example: a €600 booking, €300 deposit. Cancelled 36 hours ahead, 50% is €300: covered by the deposit, nothing more owed. Cancelled 10 hours ahead or a no-show: €600, deposit kept, €300 invoiced. Three days ahead: the €300 becomes a 12-month credit.
06 Terms
Cancellation charges, long formats
Dinner dates, overnights, duos, couples, extended days, travel and events take more of her diary, so the clock is longer: over 7 days ahead, the deposit becomes the credit; 7 days to 72 hours, 50%; under 72 hours, 100%. Otherwise as above.
07 Terms
No-shows
Not at the address, or not reachable on the booking number, within 30 minutes of the start; a wrong or inaccessible address; or turning her away at the door for a reason not ours. Each is a no-show, a cancellation at 100%: deposit kept, balance invoiced.
08 Terms
Moving, extending, ending early
One move of date or time, at our discretion, if asked before she sets off and her schedule allows; deposit and terms carry over. No new time agreed? The original booking stands, charges included. Extra time is agreed in the chat at the same rate; leaving early does not lower the fee.
09 Terms
When she ends a booking
She may end or refuse a booking if a client is visibly intoxicated, abusive or threatening, will not show ID when age is in doubt, gave a false name or address, brought unannounced extra people, or asks for anything outside companionship: a client cancellation at 100%, fee due, deposit kept.
10 Terms
When we cancel
If we cancel, or the confirmed companion cannot come, for a reason not yours, you choose: a new date or another companion at no extra cost, or a full refund of everything paid within 14 days. A substitute is offered, never imposed; decline her and the refund follows. Force majeure: same choice.
11 Terms
Photos and the blur
Faces are blurred for the companions' privacy. Each set is checked against her in person before it goes up; the companion named in your confirmation is the one at the door, figure, hair and styling as pictured. A blurred face cannot be checked on a doorstep, so 'not the woman in the photos' is no ground to cancel, refund or credit; send her away and it is a no-show.
12 Terms
No right of withdrawal
A booking is a leisure service for a specific date and time; under article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply.
13 Terms
Law
Dutch law governs these terms and every booking. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory rules of law.
14 Terms
Records and misuse
The chat in which the booking and these terms were accepted, and the payment record of any deposit, stay as long as the booking, any charge or credit, a dispute or bookkeeping needs them, then go. No ID copies are stored. A false identity, another person's payment details, or threats or violence towards a companion may be reported to the police and the payment provider, and future bookings declined.
